Lifetime Warranty

Stonehenge Fabrication & Design LLC will warranty every installation job covered by our limited lifetime warranty provided the job was installed by Stonehenge Fabrication & Design LLC. The warranty applies only to the original owner at the time of installation.

If the warranted stone develops a manufacturing defect within, it will be repaired or replaced with a countertop of equal value and similar appearance, at our option, provided that the following have been completed:

• The owner completes, signs, and returns the Warranty Registration Form within     thirty (30) days of the initial installation of the job. Download Warranty Here
• The installed product has not been removed or relocated from the location of initial     installation.
• The owner provides proof and date of purchase to Stonehenge Fabrication &     Design LLC.

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

• Stonehenge Fabrication & Design LLC will not provide any warranty service if the     product shows evidence that it has been tampered with, misused, abused, or     altered, including chemical abuse (e.g. oil stains) and physical abuse (e.g.     excessive chipped edges). We will be happy to provide you with a solution you     the homeowner can use to draw out oil stains should they occur. Stonehenge     Fabrication & Design LLC will provide recommendations and/or service to     repair/restore work not covered under the warranty: additional charges may     apply.
• Stonehenge Fabrication & Design LLC will not warranty any honed material, any     marble, travertine, limestone, slate or onyx in the case of scratching, staining, or     structural integrity as these surfaces may be more susceptible to damage due to     lack of polish or other unique physical characteristics. However all materials     regardless of finish will be sealed prior to or at the time of installation in an effort     to improve the material’s ability to resist staining.

Your rights under Implied Warranty:

This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties, obligations, or liabilities. Stonehenge Fabrication & Design LLC limits the duration of any warranty. This warranty covers the manufactured (installed) portion of your project, not the material purchased.

Repair or Replacement:

In the unlikely event your project should need repair or replacement as a consequence of defects in the manufacture by Stonehenge Fabrication & Design LLC, notification must be submitted in writing to the following address:
